John has been developing and managing commercial real estate in the Puget Sound for over 40 years. Prior to Pietromonaco Jackson Properties, John spent 29 years with Hill-Raaum-Pietromonaco (HRP Properties), developing over 4,000,000 square feet of mainly industrial projects and building a 6,000,000 square foot portfolio in Western Washington. John continues to negotiate lease extensions, new major leases and purchases of additional buildings.

Outside of work, John spends time with his family, is an avid bike rider and climber, volunteers many hours to local organizations, and is a long-time member of NAIOP. John graduated from the University of Washington with degrees in Chemistry and Math and is a big supporter of UW athletics.

Danny is involved in all aspects of the company, including operations, management, leasing, acquisition and disposition. Prior to Pietromonaco Jackson Properties, Danny worked at Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL), co-founded two tech companies in the Seattle area, and captained the Seattle Sounders during his professional soccer career. 

 

At UNC-Chapel Hill, Danny captained the Men’s Soccer program for 3 years, was a multi-year All-American, All-ACC, and 2001 National Champion and Championship game MVP. In 2002 he was awarded the Patterson Medal for most outstanding Student Athlete. Danny graduated from UNC-CH with degrees in Political Science and Information Systems. 

 

Outside of work, Danny spends time with his family, volunteers at local organizations, sits on the boards of NAIOP and Eastside FC, and is the game-day radio analyst for the Seattle Sounders on 950 KJR.

Colleen’s responsibilities include cash management, general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, tax preparation, and producing our financial reports. She brings a wealth of experience to her role at Pietromonaco Jackson Properties, including operations, tax, and company restructuring at various entities across the Pacific Northwest. 

 

Outside of work, Colleen spends time with family and friends, including many enjoyable (and not so enjoyable) hours on the golf course. She also likes to travel, take spontaneous road trips, and hike through the PNW.

Kyle has worked in Facilities Management for over 15 years. At Pietromonaco Jackson Properties, he is focused on preventative maintenance, managing vendor relationships, responding to tenant requests, and supervising tenant improvement projects. Kyle has previous experience working for private, non-profit, and government entities, including Tableau and the City of Renton.

 

Outside of work, Kyle enjoys spending time with his family, attending concerts (he worked as a Talent Buyer in the Seattle area for 20 years), spending time outdoors, and pressing apple cider at his family’s orchard. Kyle graduated from the University of Washington and is an avid UW football fan.
